I am so very saddened to hear of Liz Baldwin's passing. She was an
extraordinary woman. I am grateful that she lived and that I had the
privilege of knowing her even a little. It is truly difficult to imagine a
world without her steadfast efforts to help breastfeeding mothers in the
courts and legislative chambers of the US and elsewhere. Though the path is
hard, may Liz's life inspire us all to keep working to support
breastfeeding mothers in any way we can.
