Ann Conlon-Smith wonders about a 1-hour class.
Some people have kept it easy and fun, with only a few simple and strong
messages. 1) Breastfeeding is doable, and people practice holding and
latching on their dolls or stuffed animals. 2) Have as much contact with baby
in hospital, starting at birth, as you can. And 3) here is where you can
find help with answers to questions.
