I was born in 1963. And, although I do not have a scar, my parents assure me that I have received it. Being an AirForce brat, I also received many vaccinations. In fact, my mother said that all except my youngest sister (born 1970) received the small pox vaccine. Since she would have been 2 at the time they stopped routinely vaccinating, it would seem to me that babies were not being vaccinated.
