Dear Friends:
     Dr. Leeper wonders what to cover in a talk. As a physician, she has more
clout than a nursery nurse. So she might consider presenting information
about preventing engorgement: keeping baby with mom, cue-based feeding, the
wonders of colostrum, and avoiding supplements.
