I was wondering if any of you have seen this before:

I got a call from a mom who exclusively breastmilk fed quads. a couple
of years ago and is now nursing a singleton. She is in extreme
overproduction mode to the point where she is pumping off up to 6 ounces
after every feed "just to get comfortable." I am trying to ferret out
how much of this is behavioral (meaning overpumping) and how much may be
the resullt of "cellular memory" from the previous nursing experience.
Any input?

Susan
