Yes -- and sometimes it is the mom that has taken the antibiotics for
whatever reason.

I do treat the transient lactose intolerance from overload with one side at a
time, or one side for several hours and use the lactaid to help with the gut
pain until the supply tamps down enough that it is OK without the lactaid --
generally 2, sometimes 3 days.  With antibiotic problems, I have mom nurse at
least twice on one breast, but she generally goes back to the second breast
in the same feed.  Those moms often don't have oversupply, and baby needs to
get as much as possible.
