a couple of things come to mind. It could still be reflux, just becoz the
zantac didn't help, she could still have a swallowing study done.
If he takes the milk fine in a bottle, then it is not food sensitivity becoz
that would be evident w/ direct bf or ebm feeding. If he only fusses at the
breast it could be a forceful mer (this is my best bet) or a positionging
thing like maybe a birth injury? torticollis/? (birth injury unlikely becoz
it started at 6 wks of age) but could he have sustained another kind of
injury? more thourough detective work is needed and a good physical exam by
a health care provider.
