What a fun idea!  I love it, the official beverage!
For your second question regarding grants, the National institute for woman
is working with the National Ad campaign to devise some public education
commercials to run this summer.  It should be exciting. This group is known
for their direct approach.  You may remember, they did the ad where they show
an egg and say, "This is your brain." Then they fry the egg and say,  "This
is your brain on drugs."

In the course of researching national nutritional policies, the healthy
schools summit and the new ADA policy's statements on obesity and
particularily childhood obesity  ( I am trying to get some changes as my sons
school).  I have discovered a wonderful site for grants that would apply to
