Amy, I would suggest taking a fee per hour. My suggestion would be not
to wait for insurance reimbursement, as this is going to take you
FOREVER to recover. (speaking from personal experience, after having
several insurance company lose MULTIPLE copies of claims, ....). They
stall you on purpose in my experience...and will do just about anything
NOT to pay you in a timely fashion. Also, you need to count in the
hours of followup, and paperwork, so ask for a goodly sum per hour.
