At my hosp I have moms reluctantly try to BF after C/S but refuse more for
a day or two because of uterine cramps. There are some RNs who reinforce
the "too much pain from C/S to BF" thinking, so it's hard to know which
came first. Those moms who are not so overwhelmed by the C/S do want to,
and do BF.
