I see correct positioning and attachment at home births, and on occasion at
undisturbed hospital births.  The latter is a rare animal, one faced with
extinction.

Some of my IBCLC colleagues visited Chloe Fisher's clinic in Oxford and they
visited the John Radcliffe Infirmary.  They were bowled over by the lack of
sore nipples there.  I have heard it from them, have not seen it myself.
Maybe that is the exception that proves the rule: have Chloe Fisher live in
your town and people learn positioning and latch.
