I'm on the social awareness committee of our church, and when we were
discussing what we were going to do in January for Right to Life Sunday for
our crisis pregnancy center, the other committee members suggested the same
thing. I put my foot down, said "absolutely not" and suggested doing a
diaper drive instead. We got lots and lots of packages of disposable diapers
in all sizes. Now, we could discuss the ethics of using disposable diapers,
but I don't want to go there....
At least I made my point, and for the two years I'm on the Social Awareness
Committee, we won't be having any bottle blitzing! And I've raised the
Awareness of that committee!
