Several moms have asked about the safety of the birth control pill while
bf. The depo shot is often given by one of our obs, also. In your opinion,
what would be the most effective, safe bc method or device you are
recommending today? I did a search of the archives and did not come up
with a lot of information of recent note. Please post to the list or e-
