No need to warm thawed milk, is there?

This paper argued it's dangerous:

and a letter in response
http://bmj.com/cgi/content/full/320/7241/1078

confirmed the authors' experience. Warming milk is unnecessary and
hazardous, said the author.

Using hot water to warm milk increases the risks of scalds and the
letter reports a study which showed babies showed no signs of being
concerned about having cold milk .

The paper and the letter no doubt referred to formula milk but the
same applies to EBM, I would imagine.
