Apologies for the double posting of my supplemental prolactin question -
something is wacky with my server in the past day or so, and I also have not
been receiving all my LACTNET posts, which I verified by checking the
archives.

In view of these problems, could anyone replying to my prolactin post please
cc: me privately, as well?
