For what it is worth, I don't believe it is necessary to discard this
precious milk.  We (at MilkWorks) don't suggest it unless a particular
mom/baby pair is having great difficulty with recurrent or persistent
yeast...and at that point we will try anything!  And I remember reading
something recently (a LLL handout?) stating that yeast will be killed at
~120 degrees, which seems preferable to discarding.
