Laura asked about the use of these herbs for a breastfeeding woman: Licorice
Root, Gingko, Cat's Claw, and Slippery Elm. Doing a search for "Cat's Claw" on
google.com brought up several botanical websites. I looked at
www.healthandage.com and found herbs listed in alphabetical order. The site was
last updated yesterday. All the specific herbs mentioned above were
contraindicated for breastfeeding women, except for Slippery Elm, upon checking
under the sub-heading of "Precautions" for each.
