Janice,
Thanks for this information. The store doesn't seem at all willing to
work with us. I would greatly appreciate any sort of ideas about how to
deal with this in a positive way without letting it go unnoticed. The
mother is very adamant that she wants something done. I am doing what I
can to support her. All information is appreciated.

as they create bad publicity for bfing. Instead you should try to work
with
mgt, and leave nurse-ins for an absolute last resort. A search of the

on this.
