Annie, this is purely ridiculous. If there is another hospital that does
births in town, these parents can write a succinct letter as consumers,
saying that if another birth should occur in their family, they would take
their business elsewhere, and that all their friends will also be informed
of their lousy and unprofessional attitude.

1 800- Give-Me-A-Break category.
