Once again, thanks from me and the mother for all the suggestions.  She is
going to start by pushing for a workup about reflux while we try to locate
speech and occupational therapists for an evaluation of suck and swallow.
Meanwhile he has tasted cereal and seems to be accepting it well.  No changes
in BF behavior.  Will keep the list updated as this develops.
