How interesting! I have just received a question from an LC in Moscow on
this subject. I have never heard of lactase presence in human milk. So
the question remains is there or isn't there. Your trail of thought makes
sense to me.
I have also done a search on the net and several links do mention the
presence of lactase in human milk. No references unfortunatelty.
