There is no literature on the feeding of hindmilk for more than 2 weeks.
Also, a review of the literature will tell you that the most important factor
for weight gain (and organ growth and development) in preterm infants is
PROTEIN, not calories. Hindmilk has the same amount of protein as foremilk.
