Aloha,

Thought I'd add my .02. My husband is active duty military. I have kept up
with CDC recommendations and what the military is doing. At this point, the
military will not be vaccinating those active duty who fall into the category
where the vaccine is contraindicated. Likewise, if the active duty person
has a family member who would be at risk (falling into the category of those
who should not be vaccinated), the active duty member will not be vaccinated.

The CDC states that due to risk, pregnant women should not be vaccinated.
The site also states that although severe reactions were rare in the past, it
is expected that more people would be at risk now. I am assuming that this
is because there are more immunocompromise people now as well as those that
fall into the nonvaccinating group, such as those who suffer from ezcema.
Are there not more cases of ezcema today? The site does show graphic
pictures of those cases of severe reactions to the vaccine, where death would
be the end result. I believe everyone should read the info posted. I will
stop here and apologize for going farther than I probably should have.

Regards,
Gloria Thai
