Ann, this is unfortunately not my experience. I do not see a difference in
engorgement rates between breast sizes and I have seen some VERY
spectacular engorgement in large breasted women. I DO see a difference with
early and frequent breast stimulation but even with 'every thing being
otherwise perfect'...ie vaginal birth without medication, early and
frequent feeding with good attachment, no separation of mother and babe...
some women still become engorged. Often these women have engorgement with
each delivery without a variation due to differences in our treatment.
