Ross had NOTHING to do with the writing of the book and did not change
anything but the cover when they bought 300,000 copies.  They had the
permission of 2 people (board and marketing) to do this.  No-one involved in
the writing, review or editing of the book were consulted about the "deal"
and would have opposed the way it was done.  The reasons for the deal were:
MONEY and disseminating the book to a much wider audience than it would
normally have reached.
