Hi Margaret,
I haven't seen much mail lately so I don't know if you got any answers about
the size of the child in question and I don't have any answers but thought
you or the mom MIGHT possibly be able to get some direction as to where to go
with it from our local pediatrician/LLLI Medical Associate here in Colorado
Springs.  Sometimes (if you can get through her office staff) she is willing
to help out in such situations.  If you need her info, e-mail me privately or
call me--I'm in the LLL directory.
