We have been considering this ourselves. There is a form of self-study
modules, age-specific competencies, that the RNs use regularly. I think
they have to complete 8-10 per year. It is 2 pages of info and a
mult-choice test. I picked up one on Otitis Media written by an MD which
stated that the primary cause is feeding while lying down - including BFing
in mom's bed - and other such errors related to BFing. I'm making written
comments and returning it to our RN-educator.
Did you write your own or did you buy them ready-to-use?
