Beth, if I read your post correctly, you stated there is documented low milk
transfer...I would bet this is source of all problems.  If kids aren't
transfering milk, supply takes a hit, breast is not being stimulated properly
which leads to early return of menses, etc,etc.   perhaps there is something
else going on in her children...funny palate, weird suck etc that is the
cause and mom is the easier person to see sx in.
