Rachel,

How about lying on her back with a baby on each side, kneeling and leaning
over the breast to nurse. Or lying on her side with one baby's feet toward
her head (bottom breast) and the other baby nursing on the top breast lying
with it's feet towards mom's feet. (this would need large breasts) Or
nursing on side but slightly tilted back and propped with pillows with
second baby across mom's stomach supported with her arm. Just some
thoughts. :) Trying to be creative.

<<Subject: positions for BFing twins
A subscriber, Vicky York, is having trouble with her computer talking to the
listserv, so we are posting this on her behalf.
Does anyone have concrete suggestions for how to breastfeed twins
simultaneously while lying down?

Please cc responses to Vicky as well as to the list,
