I second what katherine said. i'd also like to add that there is an
emotional cost to removing a couple of foods and having it do nothing. for a
mom/baby with such a violent reaction, removing all the top 10 allergens at
once would be preferrable.

that said, my second child could not tolerate soy or dairy, amongst many
other foods, for almost 2 years. so if she wants product names, then just
email me off list. i've also had experience eliminating all the other top 10
allergens from my diet and hers. i'm happy to talk with her.
