Champaign County Judge John DeLaMar stripped Lynn Stuckey's legal guardianship during a hearing today. He says she has not abused the boy but has made bad decisions that could cause long-term emotional harm. Stuckey is a single mother and will keep custody of her son, but decisions regarding counseling or legal matters will be made by the Department of Children and Family Services. Champaign County prosecutors filed a civil neglect charge against Stuckey after she appeared on ABC-TV's "Good Morning America" to discuss her breast-feeding.
