for your mom who eliminated dairy, did she eliminate
*all* dairy or just obvious?  she needs to read every
label and remove every food with any whey, casein,
etc.  I'm sure there are good websites out there that
list all of the names of the dairy derivatives.

she should probably go to the caveman diet and start
slow introductions.  She needs to check for other high
allergen foods like peanuts and shellfish. I'm am, in
general,  skeptical of reactions to proteins passed
through the milk, but I make an exception for dairy.
Having been exposed for four months, the intestinal
bleeding increases the liklihood of other proteins
passing through.
