Trying to picture this. So sorry in advance to have these burning questions,

1) can the baby swim well?
2) can the baby swim well underwater?
3) is the baby certified to scuba dive?

Absolutely no references, but it does not sound safe.

Maybe check archives for scuba diving while lactating.
