I like this poem and it's variations! It's not a technical-sounding checklist which can be intimidating, but easy to remember and repeat as you latch the little one on. Keep It Simple, Sisters!
This is not a poem, but a simple way I remember important points in explaining to moms what interferes with *normal* lactation:
