Thank you so much for the good info and prompt replies - I will let my
client have the numbers you gave Heather and let her take it from there.

Being just about cyber-illiterate I realize I obviously didn't look in the
right place for my own name.  I was looking in the countries ("finding an
LC") for ILCA members - lots in UK (just not in Leicester), only two in
South Africa, none in Zimbabwe (me?) and none in Zambia, though I know that
there is an LC there.  If I'm looking to refer a mom for good breastfeeding
assistance in Outer Mongolia then I would think of looking first in the
country. How does one get listed by country, as well as by name?  Also, how
can the passwords and IDs be navigated in order to get into the other info
on the site?
