I was quoting the AAP rationale - not mine!  The AAP estimated (and printed)
only 27,000 for sale and distribution. 300,000 makes it a "best seller" with
more room on bookstore shelves and online venues.  The argument was that at
$13.00, many mothers would not buy it.
