Nikki asks about the nutritional needs of a sick baby ... I won't respond
to that bit, leaving it to the NICU IBCLCs and paeds.  However I would like
to mention that if hand expressing is the method of expressing that is used
until Lactogenesis II much more colostrum is obtained quickly and easily.
