Hello, all, another situation for your contemplation . . . this is
taken directly from a note written by the (RN) mom:

"[I am not eating anthing]  vitamin fortified;
Baby's DOB:  7/14/95
birth wt:  5#9oz.  Now weighs about 8#
nurses approx. q. 2 hrs.  Completely empties one side.  Often will
empty both--esp. at night.
frequent stomach aches--esp. if no BM that day
pains often relieved with lg. expulsion of gas.  When does have bm is
orangeish/brown--very liquidy (thin egg-white consistency) with
small amt of yellow curds mixed in. BM has an odor.  Will have several running bms in
a day with about 24 hrs of no bms.

"Other times will go a day with "normal" bf baby bms.

"She is definitely getting the hind milk  (tried pumping after and am
 basically empty!).   Her skin also
 smells like vitamins! (I'm not taking any).  Any  ideas?"
