Patient of 4 month old baby. Persistent lump starting in pregnancy. Surgery and biopsy done Oct..21st. Size of the tissue removed was 6 by 5 by 2 cm plus a 1 cm diameter lymph node. Pathology showed breast tissue with lactation changes. Surgeon quoted in report "patient will probably develop a lactating seroma" Since then she has been into several times to have the area drained. She continues to nurse every 2 to 3 hrs. (day) every 4 hrs (night) Any thoughts.Please e-mail me personally [log in to unmask]
