I'd agree with the suggestion to improve diet first, then when child is
larger and eating more table foods to trial stimulant meds if needed.

I nursed our youngest on Dexedrine, he was > 30 pounds and three years
old.

No wonder it seems to be getting worse with each pregnancy!  With each
child there is an increased load.  It's always harder on moms (or at
least primary caregivers/householders) with ADHD.

There are on-line and local support groups (CHADD) to help with job
issues, how to get organized, etc.  My favorite is
http://www.flylady.net, a site for sidetracked home executives to get
the house in order.  The ADHD site at About.com is also great.

Understanding how the ADHD tendencied brain works is helpful.  Great
books are out there by Kelly & Ramundo (You Mean I'm Not Lazy, Stupid or
Crazy?!), Hallowell, Barkley, Hartmann.  As someone with ADHD, knowing
where you are likely to screw things up is half the battle!  Then you
can be proactive.
