In regards to allergies again. I thought an allergy was in response to a protein. Again where are the proteins in some of these foods/substances we are discussing?
Where are the studies backing this up? In my "bibles" of Riordan and Lawrence I see no in depth mention of this. In my BSC course they only discussed Dairy and Soy. Please refer me to the background, not just opinions. I need evidence based practice.
