I'll confess to using RNLC when I was hospital LC 86-91. It was just too
much to put all the initials on my notes every time. The nurses used RNC,
if they had certification in an area related to mother/baby nursing, so they
understood who I was, but it really wasn't accurate. But it was expeditious
