I have scanned the study itself and read several
critiques of it. What I don't understand is how
the article was accepted in such a prestigious
peer reviewed journal.  Where were the peers?
Does anyone know anything about the politics
of this article or its authors that could shed
light this situation? It makes Lancet look
pretty silly.
