   Thanks to all of you who responded to my questions about JCAHO
regulations and who you see on the floor and if you have standing LC orders.
I have passed along all the information to my supervisor.
  So far there has been no resolution to the questions raised.  It is so
frustrating to work so hard and then have the Neo Dr threaten to close
Lactation down.  No matter what we do or how slow we go it seems he will
just not support us. I am not sure why he has so much power. Oh well.
   I am going to go to work tomorrow and just focus on one baby and one
mother at a time.  Thanks again for all who wrote back - it will really help
when and if we are able to give supporting information.  Judith IBCLC
