That is what I assume.  I know someone who was assuming that *freshly*
pumped milk could probably be refrigerated and used again later (i.e.
not DAYS later, but maybe 4-5 hours later), but would not have assumed
the same of previously refrigerated milk (i.e. refrigerated for 2 days
prior...), or frozen milk.  This has been an ongoing discussion between
nurses and our BF support group and we're wanting to find references to
support (or deny!) this idea...
