I, like Pat, was very glad to see this article in a popular pediatrics
journal. The parent handout contains a sentence that I am wondering about,
however. It says (regarding defrosting frozen breastmilk) that you may set
it out at room temperature to defrost.
Have I missed an important change in what we know to be safe for
breastmilk??
Comments & references would be most appreciated.
