Even human milk that has been thawed for a brief time is not contaminated.
If it were so a mother should not feed it to her baby after thawing it.
Refreezing poses no risk to the infant. It may (or may not) lose some
nutrients but it is still superior to any alternative.
There have been no studies on the nutritional or bacterial properties of
frozen, then thawed milk.
