and it's not just salmon. Most farmraised fish eats grain and soy.....
There is a very expensive option.......there are wildcaught fishes that
are responsibly harvested so as not to unbalance the ecosystem. I've
seen the fish at one hfs in NH (none in atl) and have read about it in
various magazines.
Mercola.com has a list of safe fish (but that doesn't mean responsibly
caught)
Being veg or vegan is another option but that comes with it's own set of
issues - again, screwy balance of EFA's and the issue that humans aren't
really biologically adapted to eat grains.
