Susan, it is probably both - not highly principled (as in money grubbing)
and slip shod, however, I'm reasonably sure that some people at AAP tried to
explain it and why it is not a good idea to have a BF book distributed by a
formula co.  The bottom line is that "they don't get it."  and I'm planning
on adding my letter to the volumes they will get.  Maybe we could get the
AAP breastfeeding committee in each state to rally around and protest? That
