I thought the study was on 10 women and it was 9 caps a day of Fenugreek, not
three. I've not heard of 3 caps doing anything -- well, three caps 3 times a
day). 9 caps is the lowest dose I've seen -- most references use 9, some 12,
occasionally 16.
